I had a CT Scan a couple weeks ago, and an appointment with my oncologist on Monday to go over the results. As he read over the results, he said words like “enlarged soft tissue” and “increased fluid” and stuff like that, which lead me to think bad things. WatchWow. I haven’t blogged in a while, so why not with a video like this?
My PET scan came back ok. Still kind of confused, they wanted to do a follow up CT scan, but never did, and all of my doctors said everything looks fine, now. So. Sweet! I have another appointment tomorrow with Dr. Aurora.

Happiness!

Long time!
I haven’t had the time or motivation to video blog what I’ve been repeating over and over again in day-to-day conversation, so that’s my bad for not updating this.
Today should have been my first radiation treatment, but they called yesterday and canceled. We rescheduled for Monday at 11:30. I had my SIM last week so they marked where they’ll be aiming and I got little...

Newsy McFlashington!
I had chemo today, which undoubtedly will suck the life out of me for the next 3 days. But, upon arriving at the Cancer Institute, we talked to the doctor, and my latest PET scan results are in! Since we’ve started with chemo, in late January, the mass in my chest has become half it’s original size. If my cancer were a Stone Temple Pilot’s song, it would be “Creep”...

Sooo.
Monday I’m due for surgery. They’re gonna try to put the PassPort in my arm again, and take out my PICC line. I really hope they stay away from my tattoos. This one will be under the skin, and I can shower worry free. In non-cancer news: I just bought my self a new toy with part of my tax returns. A Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet. Ballin!
